We have had some order glitches with this site recently.
These glitches have resulted in orders being deleted without being processed.
We do not charge your credit card upfront; orders placed through the website are not billed until they actually ship.
If you order through the site, and have not seen a charge on your card within a couple of business days, please log back into our site, or call us, to verify that your order has not been lost.
Known glitches:
PayPal: The shopping cart will redirect you to PayPal, then back to our site to complete the order. If you do not complete your order here, it will not be processed.
Sales Tax: OSCommerce does not add sales tax to Colorado orders. It will be added at 4.9 percent to orders shipping within Colorado unless we have a resale certificate on file.
American Express: We do not accept American Express. We do accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. OSCommerce does not have a way to disallow AmEx as a payment method; if you order with AmEx, your order will not be processed.
